How long will you spend on my problem ? This product is for one hour
What happens if the resolution takes longer than one hour ? Another hour will need to be paid for
What happens if the resolution takes half a hour ? Then you have half a hours credit which can be used at another time by prior arrangement
Will you connect remotely to my deviceYes, providing you supply the means we need, which may be a port forward thru your gateway to the device, on port 22 or port 80 etc, or both
Is RDP suitable for your remote access? Probably not as all our products run Embedded Linux, which is Linux and not Windows.
I can't give you remote access, how will you fix the problem ? We will tell you what to look for, and what to do, to resolve the problem. You will be our remote technician.
Do you provide training for me as you fix the problemNo, although you may pick up some handy pointers, this is remote technical assistance, not remote training.
I need help right now, will you drop everything ?No, that isn't possible, sorry.
I need help on the weekend or a public holiday, can this be arranged ?Possibly, but this depends on technician availability and there will be extra fees involved. This can be discussed via email and a quotation supplied.
