You have a product we supplied that isn't doing what you want, and it needs to be resolved, but this is not your area of expertise and you need help to sort it out by someone who knows what they are doing.
You bought a product we supply from a cheaper competitor, but they have no specialized technicians like we do (which is why they are cheaper) and you need help to configure it.
What better person that the person who configures and tests these products everyday and is accredited by the manufacturer ?
How does it work ?
You purchase this product, and in the comments section of your order, detail what you need help with, please be as specific as possible.
Pay by Credit Card so that if we determine we can't undertake the job, no charge will be made.
We will email confirming that we can do the job, and detail the access we need, then charge your card.
You email us the details of your remote device, IP number, Ports, User and Password details etc.
Within 48 hours we connect to your device and configure it.
We email you informing you that the work has been done, you confirm that everything is working and then disable our remote access.

How long will you spend on my problem ?
This product is for one hour
What happens if the resolution takes longer than one hour ?
Another hour will need to be paid for, but we will contact you first. No additional charges will be made without your written approval.
What happens if the resolution takes half a hour ?
Then you have half a hours credit which can be used at another time by prior arrangement
You connect remotely to my device
Yes. You will need to provide suitable access, which may be a port forward thru your gateway/modem to the device, on port 22 or port 80 etc, or both.
Is RDP suitable for your remote access?
Probably not as all our products run Embedded Linux, which is Linux and not Windows.
I can't give you remote access, can you still remotely configure our device ?
No, we can't.
Do you provide training for me as you fix the problem
No, this is remote configuration, not remote training.
I need help right now, will you drop everything ?
No, that isn't possible, sorry.
I need help on the weekend or a public holiday, can this be arranged ?
Possibly, but this depends on technician availability and there will be extra fees involved. This can be discussed via email and a quotation supplied.
